Port of Grace Community Church

Men's Breakfast

First Saturday of the month, when scheduled.

There's no frills, no pretty table cloths, no fancy dishes, no flowers. Just some guys and some grub.

Why do we do this? It's simple, as a church we believe that connection is vital to relationship and honest relationships are vital to our spiritual growth.

Join us...

Want do more than just eat? Come and help out.

If you want to help
with set up and cooking, we'll take all the help we can get. If you want to help with cooking, we need you to be there around eight A.M. We also need people to set up the room and set the tables. Even without the frills, it still takes a little time.

More than that, if you come early you get to hang out with a couple of guys usually while having a coffee or two before the crowd.

Don't have time to come early? No worries, show up at nine A.M. and the food will be just about ready for you. Grab a coffee and join in the conversation.

We don't take up an offering, however, as we don't budget for this as a church, we ask that each guy, if they can (don't stay away if you can't) contribute a few bucks to help out so we can do it again next month. Don't pay too much $2-$3 from each person is enough.

Breakfast is great, but it doesn't stop there. We don't just want you to be fed physically. We want you to grow spiritually. With that in mind. We usually watch a short message on video to challenge us toward a closer walk with Christ or we spend time around breakfast discussing something together.

Here's something we've watched...
