Dalit Opportunities....
Update: As a church we decided to donate one sewing machine to get one person, family, work right away. A micro loan (because we realized a micro loan will be reused again and again) and Teaching Resources, so that students can be better equipped.
May God bless his efforts through us for the Dalit people! Thank you for all your contributions.
At the Dalit Cafe, last Friday (see below), we raised $400.00. The question now is, what do we with that money. Following are different opportunities for how we forward that money the Dalit Freedom Network so that money can be used to bless the Dalit people. Think through the opportunities, pray about it, and on Sunday morning we will decide, as a congregation, on how to bless the Dalits. We could use the money and send it towards a larger item along with others, or we could use it for one or more specific items. Specific items will be listed below along with a price, if they're below $400.00.
