Teaching: Loving one another through Living Rooms
Throughout the Bible God gives us a lot of commandments towards the relationships he desires his children to have. Relationships that will, ulltimately, display to the world the kind of love that will draw us to each other, and others to God. That's why we do "Living Rooms". Because we realize that in order to really build realtionships where we accept one another, encourage one another, bear with and encourage one another, serve one another and even honor one another, we need more than just Sunday morning. Sunday morning is great and needed, but often Sunday mornings are times where it's easy to hide, wear masks and even, just be religious. God's not interested in appearances, but he loves to see his children growing closer together to him and others within his love. So, why not give Living Rooms a go this year? We'd love to have you! We know you'd love it too.
PICNIC AT THE PARK
Join us Sunday after church for a church potluck at H.H. Knoll Park. Bring enough food for yourself, and if you have a little more to share, bring that too. We'll enjoy the food and good company there.
